What does it cost me to get started?
Ping funds the store buildout — fixtures, signage, training, and the grand opening. You bring working capital for inventory, payroll, and rent. Qualified operators in the Ping Funding Tier can open with zero out-of-pocket, with Ping fronting the working capital too.
Whose name is the lease in?
Ping carries the lease in our name with a Cricket rider, and you operate under a sub-dealer agreement. That structure is what unlocks the funded buildout and keeps you off a solo, long-term lease.
What if my store underperforms?
It's a performance program, so we vet fit carefully and back you with marketing, training, and a full back-office to help you hit targets. Build-out support is tied to a multi-year commitment, and standard Cricket subsidy terms can apply if a location closes early. We walk you through every term before you sign — nothing is hidden.
Do I need wireless experience?
No. We train you on Cricket systems, the POS, and a proven sales process. Existing dealers ramp faster, but motivated first-time operators succeed too — and may be a fit for the Funding Tier.
Is my market exclusive?
Cricket has cleared four Phase-1 markets for Ping, and locations are reserved first-come for approved operators. Cricket isn't broadly approving these markets to others right now.
How — and how much — do I get paid?
You earn the highest Month-1 commission in prepaid, recurring monthly residuals for as long as the customer stays, and a cut of every in-store refill — all visible in real time in the Ping commissions portal. We'll review the full compensation detail with you directly.
How long until I'm open?
About 30 days from approved application to first sale is typical. Actual timing varies with site availability, lease negotiation, permitting and inspections, approvals, and buildout scheduling.
